Sports Direct | DLM Media (“Sports Direct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial video programming and related services to businesses and organizations across the United States. Our services are sold to businesses and organizations rather than to individual consumers for residential use. Most of the information we receive is business contact information submitted by someone requesting a quote or asking a question on behalf of their company.

Information you give us

When you complete a quote request or contact form, we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Your business or organization name
• Your email address and phone number
• Whether you chose to receive text messages from us, and when
• Your industry and the number of locations you operate
• The city, state, and ZIP code of a location you are asking about, when a form asks for it
• Anything you choose to write in the message field

You are not required to submit a form to browse this site. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information — through these forms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We also receive aggregated usage information through our analytics provider, as described below.

You do not have to check it to submit a form, request a quote, or buy from us. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

What we collect

Your mobile phone number, a record that you opted in (including when), and the messages you send us in reply, such as STOP or HELP.

How we use it

We use your mobile information to send the promotional text messages you agreed to receive — such as business-TV package offers, programming promotions, product announcements, and seasonal sports and event campaigns — to respond to your replies, and to keep a record of your consent.

We do not share mobile information for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We may share your mobile number with service providers that help us send text messages or support our customer service, such as our messaging platform and customer relationship management providers, but only so they can perform those services for us.

Opting out and getting help

To keep our forms usable and free of automated abuse, submissions are screened by an automated bot protection service. That screening may process your IP address and basic information about your browser for security purposes. We use it only to distinguish genuine submissions from automated ones.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No website, email system, or method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — such as responding to your inquiry and maintaining our customer and business records — and for as long as required by applicable law.
